SECTION 01 - ABOUT THE SUMMIT
Together in Practice is a virtual summit for therapists who are serious about the business and leadership of their practice. Not how to start one. Not basic marketing. The high-level conversation experienced practitioners have been unable to find — until now.
SECTION 02 - THE SPEAKERS
The conversation you've been wanting to have. With people who are ready to have it.
You have outgrown the beginner spaces.
You don't need another webinar explaining why therapists need a website. You don't need a Facebook group where someone is asking how to set up Jane. You don't need a course module that assumes you've never thought about your rates.
You need the conversation that picks up where those rooms end.
The conversation about leading a team of clinicians without becoming the therapist for your therapists. About profit margin in a practice with values. About what your business actually looks like in five years — and whether your current decisions are building toward that.
That conversation has been hard to find. Especially in Canada. Especially on terms that honour the clinician you are, not in spite of her.
What This Summit Is (And Isn't)
SECTION 03 - WHAT IS THE SUMMIT
Built for the conversation you've been ready to have.
TOGETHER IN PRACTICE IS:
A paid, live event built for serious practice owners.
Eight curated 60-minute sessions with live Q&A.
Canadian speakers, Canadian context and reality.
Designed around a workbook that holds your thinking after the live event ends.
A peer room where your level of practice is the baseline, not the ceiling.
The leadership conversation underneath the tactics.
About transformation in your leadership skills
WHAT IT IS NOT:
A free promotional summit selling you into a high-ticket program.
A content firehose with thirty back-to-back replays.
Generic American business advice with a Canadian flag bolted on.
A weekend of inspiration that evaporates by Tuesday.
A room where you'll be the most advanced person and finish more isolated than you started.
Another round of 'just raise your rates' or 'just delegate more.'
Inspirational conversation without actionable steps
Tickets open July 2026. Get the early-bird price.
SECTION 04 - WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for the practice owner who's done waiting.
If you've been searching for this conversation, you already know how rare it is. Here's how to know whether this is the room for you.
You've crossed the internal threshold from "clinician with a business" to "business owner who happens to do clinical work" — and you're done apologising for it.
You're tired of being the most advanced person in every business room you walk into.
You've outgrown the version of marketing that taught you how to be visible. Now you need to lead.
You hold your clinical values and your business ambitions at the same time — and you refuse to collapse one into the other.
This is for you if...
You're literate in business concepts, you don't need another spreadsheet explained, and you're looking for the next level of the conversation.
You want a room where the baseline is competence, not where you have to perform it.

SECTION 06 - THE WORKBOOK
Most summits give you a weekend. This one gives you a plan.
A summit is only as transformative as what you do with it afterwards. Together in Practice is built around a workbook — the mechanism that turns two days of conversation into the leadership architecture you'll carry forward.

THE THROUGH-LINE
Most workbooks are boring. This one is the work.
Most summit workbooks are a fillable PDF you'll abandon by Tuesday. A downloadable feel-good. A box ticked.
Ours is structured around questions you'll come back to between sessions, on the drive home, and in the months after. It's how the live event becomes a tangible plan.
SECTION 07 · YOUR HOSTS
The two of us. And why we built this together.
Together in Practice was convened by two Canadian therapy practice leaders who have spent years watching the same conversation go missing from our profession. This is the room we wished existed — so we built it.

Speaker · Day 1 + Day 2
WHY TOGETHER
"We kept noticing the same thing — there was no Canadian room sophisticated enough for therapists at our level. So we built it."
— STEPHANIE & CECILIA

Since so many were never taught money skills, she focuses on the “how” of making the business side of private practice doable — and even super satisfying.
Through her top-rated podcast Money Skills for Therapists, free monthly workshops, and transformative online programs, Linzy has helped thousands of people learn the systems and skills to totally change their relationship with money.
